Watch: The Vettes "Textual"

"Textual" by The Vettes emanates music from the past, especially the 80s, but it encompasses a large adherence to contemporary artists such as The Faint and The Darkness. Watching Rachel Vette perform is highly entertaining as she pokes fun at the oddness of modern technology throughout the video. “A colorful, quirky, and nonsensical reinterpretation of 80's educational films and television shows” describes “Textual,” and members of the band can be seen within the confines of a school set during the unmistakable era of the 1980s. The scenes of the clip are hilarious and witty, but there is a certain sense of awareness within the lyrics that will leave you wanting more! HIP Video Promo has worked with director Israel Anthem in the past, and he is at it again, presenting the world with The Vettes’ excellent video “Textual.”
